Cancellation & Refund policy
You can cancel free of charge until 2 weeks before arrival. You'll be charged the 50% total price if you cancel in the 14-7 days days before arrival and will be charged 100% if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price. Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property.
We can however reschedule you stay should you require assistance ( 1 week notice required) . Cannot change dates 7 days prior to your arrival. Only if we have severe weather conditions and it unsafe to travel or stay at our accommodation then a free rescheduling will be allowed.
Refunds (if applicable) can take up to 1-5 business working days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Additional costs will be paid to the property if for any reason damages are made.
If the booking item is a gift voucher when purchased, or the gift giver had the order the dater themselves to give as a present later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about return. 2 weeks prior to booking for full refund.
