At Nature Domes, we understand that pets are part of the family and are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets by prior arrangement. To ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all guests, our farm animals, and your pet, the following conditions apply.

Pet Fee

A $60 pet cleaning fee applies per stay.

This fee covers the additional cleaning required, including:

• Removal and laundering of any linen or furnishings your pet may have contacted.

• Deep cleaning of carpets, rugs and flooring to remove pet hair and odours.

• Sanitising upholstered furniture and high-contact surfaces.

These procedures help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and minimise the risk of allergen exposure for future guests.

Owner Responsibility

• Guests are solely responsible for the care, supervision and welfare of their pets throughout their stay.

• Nature Domes accepts no responsibility or liability for the health, safety, welfare, injury, illness, loss or death of any pet while on the property.

• Guests must ensure their pet is appropriately restrained and supervised at all times.

Farm Safety

Nature Domes is a working farm with native wildlife and livestock.

• Pets must remain on a lead or in a secure carrier at all times unless within a designated off-lead area.

• Pets must not chase, harass or disturb wildlife or farm animals.

• Please clean up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste appropriately.

Accommodation Rules

• Pets must not be left unattended inside the domes at any time.

• Pets are not permitted on beds or other guest bedding.

• Guests must provide their own:

  • Pet bedding

  • Food and water bowls

  • Food

  • Toys and other pet essentials

• Please ensure pets toilet outdoors only, or use their own portable toilet where applicable.

Damages

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional maintenance resulting from your pet will be charged to the booking holder. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furnishings, flooring, bedding, landscaping or other property.

Pet Information

To assist us in preparing for your stay, please advise us prior to arrival of:

• Pet breed

• Number of pets travelling with you

• Any relevant behavioural or special care requirements.

By bringing your pet onto the property, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
