CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Nature Domes - Booking Cancellation Terms & Conditions
At Nature Domes, we truly appreciate all of our guests who choose to stay with us. As a small business located in regional New South Wales, we rely on bookings to ensure smooth operations and provide a quality experience for everyone.
Cancellations and disruptions can have a significant impact on our ability to offer this service, so we’ve implemented the following policy to help manage these challenges:
1. Cancellation Fee: For any booking cancellations, an $120 cancellation fee will apply.
2. No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations. Instead, the full value of your booking (minus the cancellation fee) will be offered as a gift certificate for future use.
3. Gift Certificate Redemption: The gift certificate can be used towards a future booking at Nature Domes and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking date. Failure to cancel within this period may result in the forfeiture of the booking without the issuance of a gift certificate.
We understand that plans change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while also protecting the sustainability of our business.
Gift Certificates will be processed within 5 business days.
All Cancelations and re-scheduling must be done in writing to the email address listed on naturedomestomscreek@gmail.com in the contact page before 5pm on a business day.
THESE GUIDELINES SET CLEAR EXPECTATIONS FOR OUR GUESTS WHILE ENHANCING YOUR EXPERIENCE AT OUR OFF-GRID FACILITY. PLEASE BE MINDFUL AND TAKE CARE DURING YOUR STAY.
1. Off-Grid Living: Our domes are completely off-grid, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in nature while reducing your environmental footprint. Please be conscious of your energy usage throughout your stay.
2. Power Usage: To protect our energy system, high-energy appliances such as hair dryers, straighteners, and irons are not permitted, as they can damage our batteries. Embrace the natural look and enjoy the simplicity of off-grid living!
3. Water Conservation: Water is sustainably sourced. Please limit shower time and be mindful of water use, particularly during dry seasons.
4. Quiet Hours: For everyone to fully enjoy the tranquility of nature, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
5. No Smoking: Our domes and surrounding decks are smoke-free zones. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas—please ask our staff where these areas are located.
6. Wildlife Respect: As you are staying amidst nature, please respect the local wildlife. Ensure that food is securely stored and waste is disposed of properly.
7. Waste Management: Bins are located outside your dome. We follow a minimal waste policy. Please separate recyclables and food scraps for compost, and try to avoid bringing excess packaging.
Bin Fees Apply if not sorted.
8. Campfires: Fires are allowed only in designated fire pit areas. Ensure fires are completely extinguished when finished, especially in dry conditions.
9. Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. so we can prepare your dome and make sure everything’s perfect for your arrival.
If you’re arriving after 7:00 p.m., please just let us know in advance — we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Late Check-In Information : A late check-in surcharge of 25% of your total booking cost applies to cover after-hours staff arrangements.
Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. are by prior approval only. We’ll always do our best to make your check-in smooth and welcoming, no matter the time.

Checkout & Departure
Checkout time is 10:00am to ensure a smooth transition and timely room changeover for incoming guests. We kindly ask all guests to check out of their accommodation by this time so our team can prepare for the next arrivals.
You’re more than welcome to stay and enjoy the property after checkout — explore the gardens, relax by the water, or take photos before departing. We simply ask that rooms are vacated by 10am so everything runs smoothly for everyone.
10.Additional costs will be paid to the property if for any damages are incurred.
This includes items like Music Sound Systems, Light lanterns, blankets, Dressing Gowns etc.
11. Emergency Contact: Mobile reception may be limited, but an in-dome communication device is available for emergencies. Our team is always ready to assist at 0401 730 268 or 0403 684 409.
