CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You can cancel free of charge 2 weeks before your reservation date. If you cancel in less than 14 days but within 7 days of you reservation date, you will be charged 50% of the total price. If you cancel in less than 7 days of your reservation date or don’t show up, you will be charged the total price. Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property.
We can reschedule you stay should you require assistance ( 1 week notice required), but we cannot change dates 7 days prior to your arrival. Only if we have severe weather conditions and it unsafe to travel or stay at our accommodation, then a free rescheduling will be granted.
Refunds (if applicable) can take up to 1-5 business working days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account or credit card company as it may take time before your refund is processed.

Additional costs will be paid to the property if for any damages are incurred.
If your booking item is a gift voucher and you are unable to honour it, the purchaser of the gift voucher will be notified by confirmation of cancellation and a full refund, but only within 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.
