Cancellation Policy
Nature Domes Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change! To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our booking policy: 24-Hour Notice Required: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed. The full service fee will still apply.
